By booking a Ladies Excuse Me™ event you are registering your acceptance of the Ladies Excuse Me™ Terms & Conditions, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms & conditions.

Ladies Excuse Me™ aims to give single people a chance to meet one another in a safe and relaxed environment. However we are not a matchmaking service and do not verify the personal details of those participating in our events. It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know. By registering with Ladies Excuse Me™ you agree that neither Ladies Excuse Me™ nor its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in Ladies Excuse Me™ services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Ladies Excuse Me™. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.

Ladies Excuse Me™ events are held at venues over which Ladies Excuse Me™ and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a Ladies Excuse Me™ event, you agree to release Ladies Excuse Me™ and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.

As a registered participant of a Ladies Excuse Me™ event you understand that Ladies Excuse Me™ offers an opportunity for meeting new people but Ladies Excuse Me™ does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. Ladies Excuse Me™ also does not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will be successful.

By registering with Ladies Excuse Me™ you provide your assurance that you are 19 years or older, and that you are single. Ladies Excuse Me™ is not liable for any damage, without limitation, resulting from use of the Ladies Excuse Me™ website.
